AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Thirty day accounts are available upon proof of credit rating
obtained by supplying us with three current credit references. Thirty
day accounts must be paid in full by the 10th of each month following
the month of purchase. First-time purchases must be paid for upon
delivery.
Past due accounts
will be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on
the unpaid balance. Accounts over 90 days will not be allowed further
credit until the entire balance is paid. Cost of collection will be
added to the unpaid balance in the event legal collection procedures
are necessary.
CLAIMS
All bookings are without liability to us, should injury befall stock
from frost, hail, fire, or other causes beyond our control.
HOURS
Plants may be picked up Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and
4:30 p.m.
